Phnom Penh 

1. An verb to describe a series of nights out, consecutively, to end up with little memory and recollection but still consider it the best experience you've ever had. It is followed by a massive hangover that can be cured with another beer as soon as you wake up. Also defined as cheap, mind blowing, crazy partying.

2. (noun) A place where the wildest dreams could come true with a little bit of money. A place where underage drinking is encouraged and illegal sex is accepted. You can forget all of life's harshness with the good quality cheap booze there. If life is giving you lemons, phnom penh will give you 1$ triple tequila shots with those lemons.

Estonian phenomenon 

Estonia is a small country in northern Europe that feels and would like to be nordic, but actually belongs to the baltic countries south of the baltic sea. Due to its size and since just about 1.4 million people live there (for reference: New York has 8.4 million inhabitants) , somthing that has been dubbed the "estonian phenomenon" can be witnessed here. The term describes that everyone practically knows everyone or at least someone who knows them. This makes gossip equally more interesting and more dangerous, since the person you are gossiping about will almost certainly hear about it. Sometimes Estonia feels like a big family gathering of a country where even someone who seems to be a random stranger has most likely some kind of relation to you.

"Oh hey, I know the girl who just delivered our food... that was an awkward interaction"

Phombie: (phone zombie) a person who is staring at their mobile device or phone in an emotionless daze. Often so fixated on their display screen, in a zombie like state, that they are completely oblivious of other people and their surroundings. Someone can be a phombie for a brief moment or for long periods of time. crackberrytext addicttext-a-holic

(Girl talking to her friends) She was such a phombie last night. She didn’t talk to anyone at the party. All night long she just sat in the corner, ignoring everyone, texting and staring at her phone.

(Passenger says to driver) Look out for that phombie crossing the street. Could he be more oblivious to what is going on around him. Texting and walking into traffic with little white buds in ear can't be good for your health!
