Philbilly

What you call an inbred from Philadelphia, played off the word Hillbilly, added with Philadelphia.

Most Philbillies are found in the shittier neighborhoods, Port Richmond, Fishtown, Tacony, and especially Kensington. A Philbilly refers to white trash only, though, so North Philly is not included in this.

If you're stuck in the ghetto, it's just like being stuck in the mountains.

He was drunk at 8 am, his eagles jersey on and sitting on his front porch. He is such a Philbilly.

Phillbilly

Synonym to hillbilly: A loud,fat,sometimes drug addict thin, stupid, inbred fuck who resides in the neighborhoods of Philadelphia Pennsylvania. Usually all family members will reside in nearby houses,i.e mom next door etc. Commonly identifiable by features such as buzzcuts,wife beaters,baggy shorts,tatts,any Eagles clothing, and large wastelines or sunken faces. If employed at all,most are in the construction or contractor industry. Often known to use the term 'yo' or 'yeew' as part of their communications. The men sometimes characterized by a loud bellowing tone,or slow,drug-induced,raspy smokers voice. Usually punctuate the end of most sentences by nonsensical joker-like guffaws.The women a shrill,gossipy,whiny tone. Most shop at their locally based Wawa market where a purchase of cigarettes are customary with each visit.

Pillbilly

A person from West Virginia,Ohio,or Kentucky that travels down to Broward County,Florida to buy prescription drugs and take them home to abuse them and/or sell for profits. Or just a hillbilly with a Oxycontin/30mg pill addiction.

I know this guy that told me,Kentucky has the most prescription drug abusers. He was a total "pillbilly"

Slang for the prescrpition pain reliever Oxy-Contin. Oxy-Contin allegedly has highly addictive qualities, and is a common narcotic in rural areas.

Dave blew his entire paycheck on hillbilly heroin.
