Phebie is one of a kind, she loves outdoors and she has the most positive personallity ever. Phebie is drop dead gorgeous and has the most magnificent smile, her eyes are beautiful and she loves everyone. Pheobe is the most beautiful, kind person in history. She is impossible not to fall in love with even though it will take some effort getting to know her as she comes across shy.
