In fact it is evolution and is necessary for humans to evolve. Therefore it is not pollution it is evolution, and it becomes Pevolution a word that means pollution and evolution because some amount of necessary resources are used in the betterment and evolution of humans.
Imagine they cut down those trees just to build a house, it's pollution!. No!,When the trees are cut down to improve the lives of humans it is evolution. Can we both agree it is Pevolution?
