Pennylicking
The act of giving a hooker a penny, or another small amount, to lick either your balls or penis. This is very common in poor parts because, it doesnt cost much. The person recieving usually ends up paying more and more for more pennylicks or even a blowjob. Many hookers in asian countries decide not to do this because most asians are one pumps and will cum instantly. Alot of Isreali hookers do not do this too because most costumers will try and lower the price lower than a penny.
