Pennylicking

The act of giving a hooker a penny, or another small amount, to lick either your balls or penis. This is very common in poor parts because, it doesnt cost much. The person recieving usually ends up paying more and more for more pennylicks or even a blowjob. Pennypacking

To drive aimlessly with no regard for the destination or time and no consideration for the others on the trip, often ending up at a destination far from the one originally intended. The driving is frequently interrupted by inexplicable stops.

I thought we were going to the beach, but Carl kept pennypacking, and we eventually ended up at some lighthouse. And with all that pennypacking, it was just before closing time.
