Pastryface

This refers to a woman with an unpleasant looking face that could only be improved via "Glazing", I.E. ejaculating onto the subject's face.

Pastaface

A term related to blackface, meaning to impersonate the racial qualities of an Italian or Italian-American. Typically used by annoying young people of Italian descent on the internet who exaggerate the racial inequality of Italian people.

Some guy: "I cooka da meatball."
Kid who is 2% Italian: "Fuck you. How dare you do this pastafaced bullshit. Italian Americans are the most persecuted group in the country. You fucking piece of...."

A female who overdoes makeup on her face, commonly slappers or plastics.

Guy 1 : "You seen how much makeup she puts on her face!? She's a proper pasteface!"

Quite the opposite of "Butterface". When a woman's face is so attractive, that you fail to see past it (Past her face = Pastaface)

Guy 1: Man, that Keira Knightley is a real beauty.
Guy 2: Yeah, but she doesn't have any ass or boob.
Guy 1: What, really?
Guy 2: Yeah. You didn't notice, cuz you couldn't see pastaface.
