Considered old fashioned in the 21st century, used most frequently by cops and older folk.

Russian Powder Party 

When you cover your partners ass in powdered sugar or cocaine, and eat said partners ass. For it to be a real Russian Powder Party, you need to have at least three other couples participating.

James: Dude how was the date?
Mark: Amazing, after we ate we went to my place and me her and her friends had a Russian Powder Party!
James: Nice!

Slavic Power Party 

An social occasion in which two or more persons of various distant Slavic descent meet and consume small or large quantites of alcohol and\or marijuana and then proceed to communicate in different linguistically distant Slavic languages with only partial understanding between them.

Slavic Power Party example:

Polish: " Nie rozumiem o czym ty mówisz"

Croatian:" Ne razumiješ o čemu ja pričam?"

Polish: " Czaję, że mnie nie rozumiesz ale czy ty czaisz , że ja nie rozumiem ciebie?"

Croatian: " Ja razumijem da ti mene ne razumiješ ali ni ja ne razumijem tebe, razumiješ?"

Polish: " Rozumiem !"

Croatian: "Da?"

Polish: "Da!"
