Paranoxium

It's a bastardized compound of multiple prefixes and suffixes. Para as in parachute, para meaning out side of, or not within. Nox being the Latin word for night, aka dark; ium is a suffix of some metals, such as calcium and other elements, so the word combined is a rough translation of Outside of the dark elements.
"The weather outside is paranoxium."
