It's a dummy word used as an alternative to "stuff".
Used by programmers when out of names for new project/file/folder/functions/variable

Can also be spelled "Papuchas"

Desktop layout would look like:
"new folder" "new folder(2)" "temp" "stuff" "more stuff" "even more new stuff" "more stuff 2" "papoochas"

Also used as professional debugging tool:

print ("papoochas")
