Kharcha Paani

- A frugal payment. Often made to someone who's doing a favour without economic benefits. It could also mean payment made to a labour.

- Bribe to a government official. Indirect way of demanding or offering a bribe.

- A coloquial threat to someone roughly translating to "do you want a beating?"
