Same as obvious, but more scene.

First appeared on Ali G many years ago when he would pronounce

obviously - "hobviously"

Since then it has been adopted by scene kids and made famous in the HRCA.

Pretty easily understood. Combination of the words pretty and obvious.
It also a word used by someone who likes to be right all the time and doesn't know the answer to a yes/no question. Combination of probably and obviously.
It's provious that he is going to McDonalds.
