A camel toe so heinous that it can actually be seen through a pair of pajamas. Elusive as such, they can usually be found in the pet food or dairy sections of WalMart, Kroger or other major chain department stores very early in the morning.
Man...did you see the chick getting all those cans of Frisky cat food at the WalMart last night? She was rocking a hungry looking pajamal toe.
