Oogaly

An item of clothing or just an item in general that to the uneclectic and or uncreative eye seems so down right ugly that no one should ever own or have it and it should be distroyed. But to the eclectic and creative eye, it is very sophisticated, classy, and even sexy.

Mom: "oh my stars! James, why would you want to put those ugly overalls over your gorgeous wedding dress!?!"

Jamie: "Mom, for one they're not ugly, they're oogaly. And for two this isn't a wedding dress, it's my Weeding dress and these overalls are made of hemp to go along with my cannibus theme as well as I have altered them to be a high low style to fit nicely over my traditional gown so that they may complement each other nicely, and keep with my country theme as well."

Mom: *sigh* "okay..." Rolls eyes

A more fun way to say the word "ugly". This word serves a dual purpose. It adds some pizazz to the whole sentence Also, usage of this word further emphasizes the ugliness of the person(s) being pointed out.

Girl #1: Damn, they are ugly!
Girl # 2: No. They are ooglay!!!
Girl #1: True, that was needed to emphasize how ooglay they are.

Something said by a creature or person trying (but usually failing) to be scary. Often in cartoons. Equivalent to Ooga Booga.

I jumped out at them from behind a tree but all I said was "Oogly boogly", at which they fell about laughing.
