OldFacs is an autonomous region of Homolandia mostly inhabited by ethic debils. There is a large Serbian minority, making up about of the area's population. The region is famous for its high rate of mental illness, governors who are allergic to discord pings and law aimed at discriminating against the Arab minority. Notable people from the region include Ahmed the Goat Rapist, Ahmed the Goat Rapist, Debil Synth and Ahmed the Goat Rapist.
