running off my face generally describes how badly your nose runs while you have a cold or during allergy season.
charlotte: charles, my allergies are killing me today. the pollen count must be at least a million. my freaking nose is running off my face.

charles: here's a box of tissues, babygirl. dang, looks like you are gonna need em.

Drink My Face Off 

The phrase "drink my face off." implies:

1. The point of drinking to where you cannot feel your face anymore.

2. The help of someone telling you what you did the night before.

3. Drinking so heavily to the point of blacking out.

3. Completly shitfaced. see shitfaced.

An extremely stupid phrase that was kind of clever, I guess, about three or so years ago but has quickly become trite and annoying thanks to the legions of myspacers and liverjournalers, nearly all of whom write their names like xthisx and take pictures of themselves in their bathroom mirrors. It must end.
