Originated from word "IceFrog", creator of DoTA on Warcraft 3 and DOTA 2. He/She (we don't know until now who he/she is) often make gameplay so imbalance or create hero that overpowered, thus the word began to spread and get pun to "OSFrog" on Twitch Chat

Ostrogoth

A Germanic tribe that influenced the Roman empire. Their name means "shiny". The Ostrogoth empire waged war against the Huns and were defeated. After the fall of the Hunnic empire, the Ostrogoths were free to do as they pleased, which was apparently settling in the Roman empire.

The Ostrogoths are one of the two main tribes that originated from the Goths, the other being Visigoths.

The more groovy name for Oxford, England. Thus called because of the common mistake of typing Oxfrod instead of Oxford, but Oxfrod is just silly, and an Ox and a Frog are both animals, so it becomes Oxfrog.
