when a snow sorm in expected but does not arrive; often times it does include periodic snow fall, but there is no accumulation.

The students did not do their homework because they were not expecting to be in school; however, there was just a nostorm.

Hair visible above the upper lip that grow and protrude out of a man's Nostrils appearing like a Nose moustaches.
