Norminion is a very good yet secret minion that the bosses don’t reveal. These are the ones assigned to do fbi investigations. They dont show themselves as helpers/minions since it’s supposed to be a secret. So they are “NORminions”

nonpinion

Espousing a view about a subject that you know absolutely nothing about. Most nonpinions are used by uninformed people who stole those opinions from someone else, but they can't back it up due to not understanding the very subject.

Man: This guy told me that 9/11 was planned by the government, but I knew it was a nonpinion because he said, verbatim, what a character on a television show had said.

Shirley has horrible taste in clothes, ask her for her nopinion and she if she likes that bathing suit. If she does then don't buy it.
