Nordstromsss

Noun- safety word used by Nordstrom employees when attempting to get fired because the high-pressure commission environment, under-appreciation, long hours in stilettos, tight skirts, fake nails, fake smiles and fake customer service make you want to die.

Lara- "Thank you for calling Nordstromsss, this is Lara."
Manager-"Lara, you work at NordstroM. You're fired!"

Lara-"Nordstromsss would be more than happy to return that Gap sweatshirt for you because I'm sure you bought it here."
Manager-"Lara, you work at NordstroMmmmm. Return that, then YOU'RE FIRED!!!"

A very upscale department store carrying brands such as True Religion, Citizens of Humanity, and Juicy Couture.

Nordstroms can be found in most malls which have a Guess, Armani Exchange, or Abercrombie.
