not moist, as in cosistency or texture of the body.

I got out of the shower and told J-LG she was noist, unlike myself.

Noist

Basically someone who is moist and wet from bodily fluids, even though they haven’t had a shower in a while.

“Hey Paul, did you see that guy passing us yesterday? He was definitely noist by the looks of him”

“I haven’t had a shower in days, yet, I am still moist. So you could call me noist.”
