A slackjawed moron who self righteously complains and whines about "difficult" things. Usually puts itself in a position where complaint receiver can't point out nimwit's stupidity. (Client, Customer, dining guest, etc)
The nimwit pushed on the pull door, couldn't get into the building and complained to the manager about it.

Someone who wants to sound intelligent and important ; but doesn't have enough knowledge about a issue that he/she is attempting to discuss (effectively) with other people who are sufficiently informed about the topic.
Example: People like Former Alaskan Governor Sarah Palin, Herman Cain (candidate for the 2012 U.S. Republican Party presidential nomination) Michelle Bachmann (former member of the United States House of Representatives, who represented Minnesota's 6th congressional district, and Wisconsin (U.S.A)Governor Scott Walker , just to name a few. A slang term for GLP-1 medications(like Ozempic, Wegovy, Mounjaro, etc.), usually referring to their appetite-killing, weight-loss, or “I forgot to eat” effects rather than the medical details.
Usage:

* Can imply effortless weight loss, suppressed hunger, or being “powered by pharmaceuticals”
Notes:
