Something old and tired that has been dressed up with a superficial improvement to make it look like it's something newer and better than it is.

Derives from "The Simpsons" episode in which a new women's role model doll designed by Lisa Simpson was ignored by a throng of girl shoppers in favor of a Malibu Stacy doll featuring "New Hat!"
The iPhone 5s is nothing but the iPhone 5 with a new hat.

Hey Orel, how's Mrs. Johnston's new hat?

New Jersey Finger Hat

When you and your lady are having a good date and things are normal, when she busts out some Bugles and puts one on the tip of your penis.
“Bro my girl is so kinky! Last night we tried a New Jersey Finger Hat and it was amazing. She even ate it afterwards!”

Brand New Hate

Hating the band Brand New because they're so popular on the internet and among alternative music-listeners. Excuses for Brand New Hate could be "their lyrics are uninspired", "they're emo", and "they're generic". Usually a symptom of music elitism.
"Brand New? You like emo music? Talk about generic and uninspired..."

"Hey bro, why the Brand New Hate?"

Brought to public attention by Bob Woodward and Carl Bernstein in the book on the fall of Richard Nixon, All The President’s Men, ratfucker was Nixon’s term for a political operative who sows chaos among opponents; an agent provocateur. It is thought to have originated among campus political rivalries at USC, and seems to have some usage in the US military.
Along with Nixon’s other ratfuckers, Roger Stone caused fights at otherwise peaceful Democratic Party protests to generate a false narrative that the Democrats were violent and dangerous.

That ol' gal of mine drives the 12 lane freeway during the week and a John Deere on the weekends. She likes opra and the Grand Ol' Opry. I love them countrypolitan women.
