A person who isn't quite hipster, isn't quite mainstream. While they don't approve of the whole asshole "vegan, downtown LA" persona, they do enjoy certain participating in certain "hipster" activities such as owning vintage items and playing ukulele.

NORGANIC

(adjective) Describing any food or agricultural practice which may technically satisfy Big Food's newest definition of "organic", but which is far from the common understanding of the word. From "not really organic", hence: NORGANIC.
