A person who keeps contradicting themselves. Usually, someone who is oblivious to their own flaws and mistakes, and keeps justifying themselves by saying irrelevant stuff.

joe: What are you doing? You said you won't talk to him
Mike: Yes, but it was a very important matter.
Joe: But you were talking about the concert he went to this weekend. That doesn't sound important.
Mike: Important for me.
Joe: Accept you lied. God!!! you are such a nensii.
