A twitch streamer who plays 2-3 games per stream. He is a Hawaiian American living in Japan and married to a Japanese woman. Though his name suggests it means "cat robot" in Japanese, the "boto" is Hawaiian for "penis" making his name mean "cat penis." He and his wife raise cats ad do "cat visits" and "kitten visits" on stream with the various cats and kittens they have.

nekoconeco is a stuffed animal featured in the anime azumanga daioh. it is a white stuffed cat (neko= "cat" in japanese) with a smaller stuffed cat (coneko= "kitten" in japanese) on top of it. acceptable spellings include "necoconeco" and "nekokoneko."
