In the book series The Cruel Prince, the love interest is a fae named Cardan who has a monkey tail. The term "monkoii" is a negative term used to describe girls who simp for Cardan.

Common monkoii behavior includes but is not limited to:
1. excessive simping
2. fangirl-shrieking everytime Cardan is mentioned
3. bringing Cardan into every conversation

Person One: Have you met Rhea before?
