Mondophobia

The acute dread, anxiety, or lethargy experienced by corporate workers specifically on Monday mornings. While individuals suffering from mondophobia are perfectly fine over the weekend, they experience sudden physical or mental "sickness" due to fear, boredom, or laziness regarding the upcoming workweek. This frequently results in mysterious call-outs or sudden absences on the first day of the workweek.

Hey, where is Sarah today? Did she catch that stomach bug going around?" .... "Nah, she’s just severely mondophobic. She does this every Monday.

My mondophobia hit so hard this morning that I stared at my alarm for twenty minutes debating if I actually needed this corporate job.
