Moist Regards is a more personal way of saying "Warm Regards" with sexual under tones.

The term is typically exchanged only between close friends.

It is used as an endearing phrase with someone you are very comfortable with. Moist Regards is similar to other non-literal terms such as "slay", "I'm dead", or "I'm weak".
