Meth-mod 

A term used to describe functionally-purposeless vehicle modifications or building modifications by a tweaker under the influence of meth.

I walked past our tweaker neighbor in the parking lot and he had his whole front bumper off his rusty honda civic, banging on the undercarriage… he must’ve been doing some meth-mods.

Meth mode is the mode where you take so much meth that eventually everything in your body shuts down for 120 seconds and you get rapped repeatedly by Batman.
