Usually they're edgelords that will not recognise that animals have sentience or will just pretend they don't care about it because they think that makes them "manly" or "cavemen" They also deploy SJW arguments when confronting vegans 'cause they're "too mean". and conveniently become nutrition experts, evolutionary biologists & plant rights activists any time they spot a vegan.
