A delicious sandwich you can specially order at McDonalds.

Consists of a mcdouble, no mustard,no ketchup and
a mcchicken (plain, only the chicken breast) and then it is inserted with the mcdouble.

Guy1:Im soooooooo slooooshed and hungry.
