The hiccups that you get resulting from consuming large quantities of McDonalds food. Often times painful to experience.

Oh man i should not have eaten those three McDoubles. I have a horrible case of the McHiccups.

When you eat McDonald’s fast because you’re high, often times a McDouble - but not always - and you get the hiccups.

Yo bro, jimmys got the mchiccs already only had three bites of his McDouble.
