A marsbound is a human being fully stuck on the terrestrial planet of Mars without a way of escaping.

The person must be truly stuck without a way out or any way to create a way out. No ships, no equipment, nothing to let him or her or them leave the planet.

Damn, that marsbound is so dumb, he came to Mars without planning a way out! How retarded!
