Manshirting is a verb that describes process of making a muscle shirt or "man shirt" for the female gender. Often used in sports such as Soccer, Field Hockey, Lacrosse, Etc. In order to participate in the process of "Manshirting" one must know how to make a man shirt. (Cutting off sleeves and cutting the sides low enough for enough breeze to flow through the shirt to reach the body.
