Transtrenders who look more like a man in drag(without being temporary and permanently). Balding, or very short hair, often sporting beard, or the 5 o'clock shadow beard, not bothering to pass, or not even bothering to hide the voice. Mostly those who do it for attention seeking or use it for personality.

During an emergency memegender, some SJW's will actually castrate themselves.

Someone who claims to be any gender other than male or female.

It might be a real gender or it might not exist, I don't fucking know.
Other "genders" are often joked about in memes. That is where the word comes from.

It comes from the "There are only two genders," meme. Anything other than the first two generic genders would be a memegender.
