Milia is one of a kind. She is beautiful and smart but do not understand it herself. If you know a Milia in your life you’re lucky. People may think she’s a hoe sometimes but deep down she’s sensitive and really care about everyone. Every guy want her, and if you get her you shouldn’t ever let her go, because she could be the best thing that have happened to you. She can talk to everybody and have many friends but her close friends are the most important to her. Many are jealous because they think she has everything but she’s still a human and can feel terrible but it will alway get better. She is the most beautiful human, inside and out. She is a hard book to open, but once she opens up, she will talk with you for hours until 3 am. She will love you forever. Being her friend is amazing because she will always be there for you. She is prettiest when she doesn't even try. If you meet a Malia, be kind to her. She tends to give everything away and makes no time for herself. She is very selfless. She often over thinks things. Brought to public attention by Bob Woodward and Carl Bernstein in the book on the fall of Richard Nixon, All The President’s Men, ratfucker was Nixon’s term for a political operative who sows chaos among opponents; an agent provocateur. It is thought to have originated among campus political rivalries at USC, and seems to have some usage in the US military.
