And stop fucking insinuating that because I manage to find some moments of joy on my miserable life it entirely invalidates the claim that- My neighbor got their car stolen I could hear him yelling about his car being gone, that's crazy- that this isn't pernicious or that it doesn't need to stop.

They are feeding eachother information. And yeah the business don't want to have to fire all 7 of the employees doing it but I CAN'T LEAVE. And I shouldn't have to just pretend it isn't happening. And me being able to find moments of joy doesn't somehow negate the fact people are TRYING to immiserate me at work. They wait a week or two before they start doing it. I have symptoms that are getting worse and can't get diagnosed. I mean... Fuck. I don't need sympathy. It wouldn't do anything for me but holy shit."

a simple ironic meme turned into a phenomenon. the origin story is that there are a ton of low-quality youtube channels that simply post clips from family guy tagged as funny moments. the comments on these videos are inhuman gibberish written by small children, thus causing a meme to be born involving incoherent praise for peter griffin, low quality heavily filtered images, and other facebook-esque garbage including "LIKE FOR A FREE IPHONE 7"

the meme is well known because it has lasted for a very, very long time,much longer than any ironic meme to date.
