Noun: Mobile Keg Unit

Used at parties a person takes a keg and puts it in a military style backpack, or one that is big enough to fit a keg, they walk around filling up any beers that are
empty.

The people made into MKU's are normally made to do so as punishment in a bet or in many cases pledges have to as punishment.

Guy 1 "That pledge really sucks."
Guy 2 "Ya well that's why he is an MKU tonight."

Guy 1 "Hey pledge come fill my beer."

Project MKUltra 

The CIA's brainwashing (mind control) program from 1953-1973. It tested psychotropic drugs and experimented on U.S. citizens in order to develop mind control and interrogation techniques for use on Soviet agents and politicians. None of the "test subjects" gave their consent for these experiments and the "research" often caused permanent psychological damage for those who were subjected to this program.

• On November 28, 1953, scientist Dr. Frank Olson fell to his death from his closed 10th story hotel window. The government claimed that he suffered from a history of depression and committed suicide.

• On August 3, 1977, a congressional report on the CIA revealed that Dr. Olson was working on the top secret Project MKUltra.

• Frank Olson was experimented on just one week before his death and it is believed that he was killed by the CIA.

MKULTrick

Noun: someone of low intelligence who is a hopeless pawn of mind control (AKA mainstream media and Pop culture).
The word is a mix of MKULTRA (a U.S. government mind control program) and Trick (a slut or whore; an "easy ride" as they say). Basically it's like calling someone a whore of the system.

A similar slang pejorative term is "Pop Tart."
