A person who lurks to the point of absolute social discomfort. Also a person who exhibits severe creeper qualities.

Spending hours at a time staring at the facebook profiles of your neighbors without their knowledge.

Legally stalking someone for hours.

I saw Lauren screaming unintelligibly at her boyfriend! I'll have to go on a lurkathon to find out what happened...

Means similar to "Lurk" and "Perpetrate" a Lurkatrator is someone who is a serial lurker. They come to a party and lurkatrate on every one, then leave without telling anyone.
