The word longsch is a term used in the same way as "Voice channel", You will have to use the "Longsch-Calling-Room" to "invite" people into your Longsch. (This basically means Lounge)

Charlie: Yo waddup :b: wanna hang out in my Longsch?
Stephen: Sure bro!! Lets go in the Charlie Longsch mate
Charlie: Sure mate
