to be drunk and hopped up on nothing else but the amazing drink know as "four loko." It consists of not only 11% alcohol by volume but also ingredients such as caffeine, taurine, and guarana.

Lokda (pronounced Low- kuh - ra (with a tongue flick)) is a jack of all trades. Lokda is an exclusively male word (more on this later). Again, a purely emotional word- it has no apparent meaning. Context: When your friend says something stupid or ridiculous enough to inspire your skepticism and you want to tell them politely how stupid they are.
