A derivative of LOL, lokd or LOKD stands for Laughs "Ok, Dude."

Context: When your friend says something stupid or ridiculous enough to inspire your skepticism and you want to tell them politely how stupid they are.

Friend: "For my anniversary this year, I want to build my wife a queen-sized bed using nothing but a $5 multitool and reclaimed barbed wire."
Me: "LOKD"

Lok'd up 

to be drunk and hopped up on nothing else but the amazing drink know as "four loko." It consists of not only 11% alcohol by volume but also ingredients such as caffeine, taurine, and guarana.

" I am lok'd up tonight I don't know what I'm going to do but I promise it will be lengend ... wait for it ... dary."

Lokda 

Lokda (pronounced Low- kuh - ra (with a tongue flick)) is a jack of all trades. Lokda is an exclusively male word (more on this later). Again, a purely emotional word- it has no apparent meaning. Lokda cannot have a female version. Lokdi sounds unnatural for all the misogynistic lokda reasons. The author of this post will name his son Lokda. He won’t have a daughter for the very same reason.

“Vo humara lokda hai” Here, Lokda means son

“Tera lokda chotta hai” Here, lokda means penis
“Thara bhai Lokda” Here, Lokda means The Great One
Lokda and Gopcha are twin words

4 Lok'd Da Fuk Out 

To be on one to the extreme, due to the effects of drinking 4Loko specifically, or any potent, high powered malt liquor beverage in general (ie; St. Ides, Old English, etc...).

"Did you see that foo in da club las' nite? Was he on one or what?"

"On one? Shiiit... That nigga was more than on one, he was 4 Lok'd da fuk out!"
