Lip Neck

A lip neck is when someones lip and neck look connected. There is so much excess fat between someones chest and chin that it gives the apperance of no neck.

Where by the lack of one’s chin forms the distinct feature of the chest meeting their bottom lip in a smooth, curve-less manner. Also known as a “chinneck” it presents toad like characteristics to their appearance.

Lip-necker 

One who's face goes from lip straight to neck, completely skipping the desirable chin. These people are heartless soulstealers who inhabit the dumps of society... Only with the addition of a chin could a lip-necker ever become a true member of the upper crust.
