Limberize

Limberize is a verb coined by a New York City fitness instructor. It refers to the act of one’s muscles feeling flexible, warmed up, and capable of moving with ease.

After the excellent kickboxing class, the students’ muscles all felt limberized.

Lilkerize 

To cut the sleeves off a (normally metal related) t-shirt and wear it as a vest. Named in honor of Brutal Truth / Nuclear Assault bassist Dan Lilker, who is never seen wearing sleeved shirts.

Man, it's too hot today! Time to lilkerize this faded old Celtic Frost shirt and air out my pits!

(v.) doing exercises, often crunches or push ups, before sex in order to look marginally more fit; to do a warm up routine in preparation for raucous sex.

Girl 1- "Isn't Mike coming over?"
Girl 2- "Yeah!"
Girl 1- "Then why are you doing crunches?"
Girl 2- "I'm just limbering for timbering. It's gonna get rough tonight, plus I want to burn some flab."

liverizer 

Liverizer An amazing woman who plays hard to get. Alot. She is really cute and looks amazing with curly hair, but her straight hair is ok too. A woman who usually has an asshole ex boyfriend who is really stupid, but is changing everyday to make up for it. She takes forever to get ready but its ok perfection takes time. She usually has a thing for burning her tongue on hot chocolate. Bottom line is she is pretty much perfect and should really think about things with that stupid, yet quite handsome ex boyfriend.

Wow! Shes such a liverizer, you must be crazy about her.
