She will lie about the most random thing even the Fucking weather, and without missing a beat lie about the most important thing in someones life. My iPhone is connected to the BUBBLES network but it can't send this belated birthday email to my girlfriend. This connection must be lie-fi. Argh!

Lielingual is a person who claims to be able to speak a different language but actually cannot. It comes from Lie + bilingial = Lielingual

This English fella said he could speak Spanish when he couldn't. He was in fact lielingual. The only thing that came out of his mouth was bullshit.
