when you drink so much lean that your liver inflates due to the liver having back-up from the amount of toxin in the lean. Exactly the same as a beer belly which is caused by alcohol instead of codine. Lean gut is a common flex due to each dose of lean costing upwards of $20 making a lean gut cost around $5000.
