A rule created by a footy supporter known only as Boggs who claims that the team you support should be determined by where you pay your council rates. This you can switch team support whenever you like based on this rule.

He’s just using the LGA rule as an excuse to switch teams. What a joke!

LGA, or Land Grid Array, involve a CPU having gold pads instead of pins, the pins are located in the socket on the motherboard.
