The motto of the greatest rescue squadron in the world (probably), the 33d Rescue Squadron.
Meaning "Rescue". Typically said in response to someone saying the numbers "33".

Person 1: "What time is it?"
Person 2: "It's 3:33"
Person 1: "Kyujo!"
