Kloey is a beautiful girl. She's sweet. Can be mean when she wants, so don't mess with her. She tends to give her close friends a second chance. But, if you hurt her or her best friend more than once, your done for. She has brown eyes, blonde hair. Usually straight hair. She's more average height. Anyone would be lucky to be best friends with her.
